Do you take the waste away with you?

The garbage does not accompany us. We will dispose of the waste in your trash can after the cleanup is finished. We will double or triple bag the waste to make it seem nice and put it next to your gate if your trash can is not outside.

Do you guarantee your work?

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee to support our dog waste disposal services. We will send a technician to your house to reclean it until you are happy if you are not happy with any of the services.

What is my responsibility as a client?

• Your yard must be easily accessible

• Regular lawn care is necessary to keep them free of debris and leaves. In the scooping industry, autumn is referred to as "poop camouflage season." We can only pick up what we can see, so please keep that in mind.

• When we get there, the gates ought to be unlocked and clear of snow and ice. We will always lock up after we are finished if you give us gate codes.

• On designated service days, aggressive dogs must remain indoors.

• Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you know you won't require our services.
