PRICING POLICY
  • Estimates are usually correct, but no price is set until the yard has been thoroughly examined on the initial visit. Before beginning services, we will notify you of any price changes.

  • Before joining a monthly subscription, customers who decide to suspend services for whatever reason will be charged an initial cleaning fee.

PAYMENT POLICY
  • Initial or one-time cleanup payments are due when the job is finished.

  • You will be charged for the balance of the month on your second cleanup if you decide to continue with monthly service after the first one.

  • Recurring service payments are due on the first of every month before services are rendered.

  • You will be charged a $10 late fee for late payments.

  • You will be dropped from the service schedule if payment is not received prior to the month's first cleaning.

  • The cost per month is calculated using a 52-week calendar and averaged over a 12-month period. Since the additional visit is included in the monthly rate, you won't be charged for months with five weeks rather than four.

  • A $1.50 test transaction will take place when you initially link a debit or credit card to your online portal. In reality, no funds are removed from your account.

NO ACCESS POLICY
  • You will still be billed for the cleaning even if we are unable to enter your yard because the gate has been closed; however, we will work extra hard the next week.

  • Before skipping your yard that day, your technician will knock on the door and try to phone you. Additionally, the client portal will notify you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Customers can terminate services at any time for any reason with 48 hours' notice, and we don't have any commitments. Consumers can use the customer site to modify their subscription plan or call in to cancel.

  • Initial cleanup fees or spring cleanup fees will apply to customers who pause services during specific periods of the year and then resume their monthly subscription.

DANGEROUS PET POLICY
  • We adore working with canines! Working with your dog in the yard is not a problem for our technicians.

  • We will try to get in touch with you by calling, knocking on your door, and updating your web portal if it is clear that your dog is hostile or won't let us clean the yard. You will still be billed for the appointment and we will work extra hours the following week if we are unable to clean because of a dangerous dog.
